Tumbuan and Partners attended the Webinar held by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on August 11, 2022 with the theme of “Digital Governance: Prerequisites to Support Digital Transformation”, which is intended to: (i) provide an understanding of digital transformation and good corporate governance; (ii) intensify the knowledge and insight regarding the importance of implementing digital governance, including its prerequisites; and (iii) prescribe the appropriate strategy for implementing digital governance.   This webinar began with a welcome speech by the Chairman of the Audit Board concurrently Member of the Board of Commissioners of OJK, Mrs. Sophia Wattimena.


In order for business actors to manage their business platform, Digital Governance is the key-factor for this matter, for example is the user rating review at the end of every transactions as a way to mitigate the risk to increase the user’s trust. Through digital governance, it is also expected to provide an understanding for any user regarding transactions settlement.
