JENNIFER E. SOPACUA

Jennifer Engeline has been in practice since 2011. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University and has been a lawyer admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) since 2015.

She has been practicing both as lawyer and in-house counsel for more than 10 (ten) years, during which she has also spent several years as commercial legal section head of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia, one of the largest multimedia company in Indonesia.

At T&P, she has been intensively involved in transactional and advisory works, capital markets, M&A and general corporate matters. Her professional experience includes: (i) assisted subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in restructuring its debt; (ii) assisted PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk in the issuance of Shelf-Registered Bonds amounting to IDR415.260.000.000 and IDR257.260.000.000; (iii) assisted PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk as lender in the granting of loan facility in the amount of IDR 350 billion to PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk as the borrower; (iv) assisted PT Hakaaston in the acquisition of a company engaging in batching plant business; (v) assisted PT Equity Finance in the issuance of Medium Term Notes amounting to IDR 600 billion.
