MAULIDYA NABILA

Maulidya obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. During her years in the university, she was actively involved in various organizations and law competitions. Prior to joining T&P, she was a legal intern at one of the most prominent Bank in Indonesia.

At T&P, she has been involved in financial technology (fintech) related transactions, general corporate matters, and capital market projects, including Initial Public Offerings and Bonds Issuance. She also assists in litigation cases, such as bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligation proceedings.
