Tumbuan & Partners has assisted PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas which were acting as one of the Joint Lead Underwriters in the Initial Public Offering of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (“TLDN”). The shares offer was conducted under the concept of Simplified REG-S, while the offer itself was completed in April 2022.

TLDN mainly engages in the holding company activities and other management consulting as well as oil palm plantations and palm oil processing industry through its subsidiaries.
