Tumbuan & Partners (T&P) is pleased to announce the promotion of Risman Yansen Mario as a senior associate at T&P, effective from 1 June 2022.

Risman started his legal career in 2010 and joined T&P in early 2014.

At T&P, he is intensively involved in Merger & Acquisition transactions, and capital markets projects, including Initial Public Offerings, Bonds Issuance, Sukuk Issuance and Private Placements in a variety of sectors of industry such as construction, energy, and seaport companies. He has represented Indonesian and foreign investors, comprising private and public companies, multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises.

Risman has also been involved in several transactions within T&P which contributed to the firm being awarded and/or nominated by a number of legal directories including as the Transactional Boutique Law Firm of the Year 2019 by ALB Indonesia Law Awards, as one of the Top Capital Market Laws Firms 2021 in Bond Transaction by Value at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020 by Hukumonline, as one of the Tier Three Indonesian law firms in M&A Year 2021 by IFLR 1000, and as one of the Highly Recommended Law Firms in Indonesia in the Field of Capital Markets Year 2022 by Asialaw Profiles.
