LINTANG KUSUMA SARI

Lintang Kusuma Sari has been in practice since 2019. Prior to joining T&P, she worked as a junior associate at other prominent law firm in Jakarta where she was involved in dispute resolution matters and general corporate work. She graduated in 2019 from the Faculty of Law of UNIKA Atma Jaya Jakarta, Indonesia.

At T&P, she has been involved in capital market, acquisitions, foreign and domestic capital investments, and general corporate work.

Her professional experience covers acting as legal adviser to among others:

• PT Mobivision in terms of registering a license as a payment gateway provider;
• PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia (Akulaku) to conduct a Police Report at the Polda Metro Jaya regarding the alleged crime of embezzlement at the Polda Metro Jaya;
• PT Azbil Berca Indonesia in terms of credit recovery for collaborative work projects;
• PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in the case of trial of labor cases at the Industrial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court;
