TALITA PRISCILLA SIRAIT

Talita Priscilla Sirait has been in practice since 2021. Prior to joining T&P, she worked as a legal intern at other prominent law firm in Jakarta where she was involved in general corporate work. She graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University.

At T&P, she has been involved in capital market, acquisitions, foreign and domestic capital investments, and general corporate work.

Her professional experience covers acting as legal adviser to among others:

• PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk to conduct a Public Offering of Shelf-Registered Bonds with the aggregate amount of IDR6 trillion;
• Prominent mining company in Indonesia concerning its proposed business activity in mineral refinery facilities.
