Congratulations to PT Bio Farma (Persero), PT Kimia Farma Tbk (“KAEF”) and PT Kimia Farma Apotek (“KFA”) for its collaboration with the Silk Road Fund and the Indonesian Investment Authority by forming a transformative partnership which is embodied in the signing of the Conditional Share Subscriptions and Purchase Agreement and other related transaction documents. The transformative partnership is in line with the Indonesian government objectives to develop the country’s healthcare industry in its milestone to reach international quality and standards. This strategic investment will bring KAEF and KFA as well as Indonesia’s healthcare industry to the next level. The signing ceremony was carried out in Bali and was personally witnessed by the deputy of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises. T&P team was led by our Senior Partner Jennifer B.
