Webinar Amvesindo Exit Mechanisms for Investors & Start-up Companies (IPO vs Acquisition) 6 December 2022

In closing the year 2022, the Association of Indonesian Venture Capital and Startups (AMVESINDO) held a seminar on “Exit Mechanisms For Investors & Startup Companies (IPO vs Acquisition)” which was held on December 6th, 2022 and attended by a total of 178 participants from various backgrounds, including stakeholders, VC’s start-ups, law firms, underwriters, and academics.

AMVESINDO’s chairman – Eddi Danusaputro, gave the opening speech and AMVESINDO’s head of legal and governance, being our senior partner – Jennifer B. Tumbuan, moderated the seminar.

The seminar itself was represented by distinguished professionals with different backgrounds including: IDX Incubator – Aditya Nugraha, Managing Partner of MDI Ventures – Kenneth Li & Senior Partner AHP – Bono Daru Adji, all who shared interesting perspectives and insightful ideas on the topic.
