PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk. (ELITERY) successfully completed the Public Expose process in the context of its Initial Public Offering near the end of 2022. The Public Expose was successfully held on 21 December 2022 and attended by the public, potential investors, and supporting professionals of ELITERY in a hybrid mechanism (online and offline). 

During the Public Expose, the Board of Directors of ELITERY presented its company profile and growth to introduce ELITERY as one of the leading data management and cloud services companies in Indonesia that will become a publicly listed company. ELITERY intends to issue up to 500.000.000 shares with a maximum of 250.000.000 warrants.
