Congratulations to PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (HK) and PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) for the signing of the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (PTP), an affiliate company of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), for the acquisition of PT Prima Terminal Petikemas by PTP.
The signing was part of the State-Owned Enterprise’s Corporate Strategic on Belawan Terminal in 2022 and was personally witnessed by the deputy of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises.
