RACHEL YOHANA

Rachel Yohana has been in practice since 2019. Prior to joining T&P, she worked as an associate at another litigation law office where she was involved in legal services to oil palm plantation, forestry, mining, shipping, EPC and real estate, hotels, startup companies and credit unions.

At T&P, she has been involved in financial restructurisation, foreign and domestic capital investments, and general corporate matters.

Her professional experience covers acting as legal adviser to among others:

• PT EMQ Indonesia Asia in terms of institutional and ownership structure
• General corporate work for PT Elekta Medical Solutions, PT Gudang Garam Tbk., PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
• Various state-owned enterprises in its proposed financial restructurisation.
