Tumbuan & Partners (T&P) is pleased to assist Intudo Ventures (INTUDO) for its Pre-series A investment in Jago International Pte Ltd (Kopi Jago) in the amount of over USD 1,000,000 (one million United States dollar). INTUDO is an “Indonesia-only” independent venture capital firm with a concentrated portfolio approach (US$1M-US$10M initial investment per company) focusing its investments in a wide range of sectors of homegrown Indonesian start-up companies. Kopi Jago is an Indonesian technology based wheel-cart coffee company offering a wide range variants of coffee drinks to customers at their door step. 

The investment aims to support Kopi Jago business expansion to hire more employees and procure more carts to cover 20 hyperlocal areas in Jakarta.

T&P advised on this deal with a team led by our senior partner, Jennifer B. Tumbuan and senior associates, Sanddy Gunawan and Reina Theresia, with the full support from other members of T&P.
