ARIYOGA ADENTO SUTARTO

Ariyoga Adento Sutarto has been in practice since 2020. Prior to joining T&P, he worked as an associate at another reputable law firm in Jakarta where he was involved in handling corporate matters, construction, and projects. He graduated in 2019 from the Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University.

At T&P, he has been involved in restructurisation, capital market, genercal corporate, and acquisition projects.

His professional experience covers acting as legal adviser to among others:

• PT Lifetime Design Property in drafting the land and building sales purchase agreement for multiple transaction
• PT Tri Karya Teslatama for Porcelain Long Rod Insulator procurement in Mid Java Main Transmission Unit Area with PT PLN (Persero)
• Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Indonesian Telecommunication Accessibility Agency (Badan Aksesbilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informasi) on Internet Access procurement through e-Katalog
• Samsung C&T Engineering and Construction Group on registering their business license to conduct construction activities in Indonesia
• Oil and gas company in relation to the wrap up process of the Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia
