Tumbuan and Partners (T&P) had the privilege to assist PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk. (OMRE) in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), which was held in Jakarta on October 21, 2022.

The agenda of the EGMS was to approve the company’s capital increase by way of the Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMTD) as regulated by the POJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 as amended by POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019.

OMRE is a public listed company engaged in the property sector, by investing in subsidiaries, including apartment/office rental, shopping centers (malls), hotels, and housing development.
